Kelly Garritano is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kelcy Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in cybersecurity leadership. With more than 11 years of experience in executive recruitment, she has built a reputation for placing high-impact C-level and senior technology leaders across Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups.

Before launching Kelcy Search Partners, Kelly served as Managing Director at Alta Associates, a DSG firm, where she led full-cycle executive searches and business development efforts for organizations ranging from nimble startups to global enterprises. Her deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, combined with a strategic, research-driven approach, has made her a trusted partner to boards, founders, and executive teams seeking transformative talent.

KSP was founded in partnership with Stacy Wrba, a long-standing colleague with whom she has worked closely for over a decade. Together, they share a commitment to precision, discretion, and delivering results that align with both business strategy and security priorities.
